Racing and Bingo Booming on Saturday

20 Nov

The return of Cal Expo has bolstered the night racing schedule with the addition of full card action from Woodbine-Mohawk and nearly full cards from the Meadowlands. Combine that with the quarters from Los Alamitos and Evangeline Downs, plus top quality thoroughbred action from Australia and Japan, and we’ve got a bustling lineup of simulcast racing action to keep you going until late into the evening.

If you have non-racing family or friends, bring them along to check out Blue Devils Bingo, which takes over the back of the Alameda Room every Saturday night, starting at 6:30pm. Two weeks ago, one lucky patron took down a $5,000 pot, and the winners just keep coming.

Bingo doors open at 5pm, and the games go from approximately 6:30 to 10:30pm every Saturday night. For more information, checkout Blue Devils Bingo Pleasanton.

Pigskin and Ponies Hits $800!

20 Nov

One player combined 8/1 and 3/1 winners at Del Mar and Golden Gate with the Rams on Sunday night, but hitched his wagon to the L.A. Chargers on Monday night, which means we will have a third consecutive carryover in Pigskin and Ponies heading into Sunday, Nov. 24.

This means you’ll have another free shot at $800 this Sunday at Pleasanton OTB. Just pick the winners of the following races and games, and you could win or split up to $800:

Leg 3: Packers at 49ers – 5:20pm

Pigskin & Ponies Carries to $600!

14 Nov

For the second consecutive Sunday, one player was able to pick the cold double in the nightcaps at Del Mar and Golden Gate Fields, but couldn’t make it past Sunday night when the Minnesota Vikings upset the Dallas Cowboys 28-24.

That means we will have a Double Carryover into Sunday’s Pigskin & Ponies Pick 4 contest, increasing the prize pool to $600.

If you haven’t played Pigskin & Ponies this year, it’s super easy and FREE with admission or CHRB license every Sunday at Pleasanton OTB. Just pick a winner in the following races and games, and you could win or split up to $600.

Pigskin & Ponies Pick 4 races and games for Sunday, Nov. 17:

Leg 1: Race 8 from Del Mar at 4:00pm
Leg 2: Race 9 from Golden Gate at 4:44pm
Leg 3: Bears at Rams – 5:20pm
Leg 4: Chiefs at Chargers – 5:15pm (Monday in Mexico City)

Don’t forget, you can catch all the local NFL action this weekend, plus the Red Zone channel, at Pleasanton OTB. This Sunday’s full NFL games at the OTB are as follows:

10am – Texans at Ravens (CBS)
1:05pm – Cardinals at 49ers (FOX)
1:25pm – Bengals at Raiders (CBS)
5:20pm – Bears at Rams (NBC)

With the 49ers and Raiders a combined 13-5, there’s never been a better time to take in two games at once while you’re betting live racing from around the country at Pleasanton OTB.

Here’s the races and post times for Friday’s Stronach 5, and a suggested $72 ticket culled from the analysts at Gulfstream Park West, Laurel Park and Golden Gate Fields.

Pigskin and Ponies Up to $400 Sunday!

8 Nov

One bettor was able to select the cold double in the 9th at Santa Anita and Golden Gate to get to Sunday Night Football, which was a solid achievement in it’s own right, as the $2 parlay from Don’tteasethetiger ($6.80) to Dano’s Dream ($14.20) returned a healthy $48.28.

Still, it wasn’t good enough as the Baltimore Ravens ensured the $200 prize would carry over to this Sunday’s renewal with a 37-20 thrashing of the previously unbeaten New England Patriots. This Sunday’s $400 prize will be riding on the following races and games:

Leg 1: Del Mar’s 9th race – 4:30pm
Leg 2: Golden Gate’s 9th race – 4:45pm
Leg 3: Vikings at Cowboys – 5:20pm
Leg 4: Seahawks at 49ers – 5:15pm (Monday)

Get your FREE entry with admission or CHRB license this Sunday at Pleasanton OTB and take your shot at the $400 prize.
